A Georgia Christmas

Visiting my family in Cornelia, Georgia for the holidays is always a treat. This year, Christmas was nothing short of magical. My mom hosted a festive dinner complete with a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, we got to spend time at the farm, playing with the horses, opening gifts under the tree, and enjoying a wonderful dinner. Kennedy got to spend quality time with her cousins, Logan (15) and Chandler (8), and I got to see my my mom, aunt, two sisters, brother, and my brother-in-laws. My immediate family is pretty big and we live all over (me, Lon and Kennedy live in New Orleans, my sister and her husband live in Boston, my brother lives in Atlanta) so it’s great we all got to reconnect for a few days.
