Recipe: Kennedy’s Strawberry Protein Pops
This refreshing snack is a sweet treat that is packed with protein.
12oz fresh ripe strawberries
2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
1/4 cup honey
Popsicle mold
-Mash up strawberries in mixing bowl until it is a purée
-Add Greek yogurt and honey to mixing bowl
-Stir until well blended
-Pour into popsicle mold
-Let freeze for 6 hours
