My Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree “Fern” • Southern Chick Journal

Meet “Fern”, my Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree! I’ve seen so many photos of this big, uniquely-shaped houseplant all over my social media feed. I felt inspired to get one for my home. I 💚Fern.

The plant sits by a window and receives plenty of sunlight during the day. I water Fern twice a week 2 cups of water and have her sitting by a window that receives plenty of sun. So far so good!

“Fern” stands proud at over 6 feet tall!

Since I got Fern a month ago as a Christmas gift from my husband, the plant has sprouted a few more leaves at the top!

Fern sits inside a 17” Seagrass basket I purchased at Home Depot and it goes perfect with my decor.
