Recipe: Roasted Pumpkin Seeds from the Pumpkin Patch

We had a great time picking out our pumpkins at a local pumpkin patch this year. We found 4 cute ones perfect for our front porch!

Hello from New Orleans!

After carving our pumpkins, we roasted the seeds for a delicious snack. The recipe is super easy and the seeds are so good you can’t just have one handful!

Recipe: 2 cups of pumpkin seeds, salt, 2 tbsp of melted butter.

Preheat oven to 300. Add ingredients in bowl and mix together. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
